How We Assure The Quality Of Products?
We considered in each details from the beginning of the design. In production, we insert test whenever there is a neccessory to stop more losts. More over, 100% inspection will be arranged before delivery.
How You Assure The Time?
First, is timely payment to suppliers to assure the quality and timely for raw materials. Second, is our strictly quality control that prevents problems that occour to rework.
Do You Have After Sale Service?
Sure like all our customers. Any after sales issue just email to office@xiaoticlipper, and we will handle that without one day.
How Long Shall I Wait For My Samples?
Commenly 7-14 days depending on if your have special request for color or material.
Who Will Be Responsible For The Mould Fee?
Both or a certain percentage are OK. Right now most customers pay the mold fee themselves when the Prototype approved. But we can take the cost as we believe we can work together to design and open a really nice product to surprise the market.
